Preparing the Ground for the "Next Generation Web"
I have the unpleasant impression, despite a perfectly conclusive concept demonstration, that the day is still far off when I finally won’t have to repeat myself anymore: since in matters of intellectual property, a creation of the mind is just as inseparable from the author thereof as the assets and liabilities of one and the same balanced sheet of accounts, by virtue of the author’s double moral and financial right to dispose of his·her work to sustain a living from what s·he produces, it is urgent to redefine the foundations by conceptualizing the latter by the formula, in order to give everyone a chance to disalienate him·herself from the multiple digital fracture opened by the traditional "pro/personal" and "public/private" dichotomies.
